Born at a bedside, not a boardroom.
A moment of confusion in a hospital room became a question the company has been answering ever since.
It began in a hospital room — quiet except for the beeping of machines and the whispered worry of a family that did not speak the language of medicine. Thomas Park stood at his father’s bedside, surrounded by specialists, forms, and fear.
What changed everything was a phone call to his physician brothers-in-law. In a few minutes, the medical language became understandable. The family went from passive listeners to informed decision-makers. Nothing about the diagnosis had changed. Only their ability to understand it had.
That gap — between having the information and being able to use it — is the entire problem this company exists to close.

CEO & President
Board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in retina and vitreous, and a full-stack developer with more than twenty years of software experience. He holds an MS in Predictive Analytics, an MS in Management of Information Technology, an MS in Quantitative Finance, and an MA in Clinical Ethics.
Dr. Augustine Lee
Chief Medical Officer
Founder and Co-Director of AI for Respiratory Medicine, and Chair of the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Sleep Medicine at Mayo Clinic. He is also an electrical engineer with a background in developing novel medical technologies.

Chief Data Officer
An executive with more than twenty-five years of global experience, including over a decade at Amazon and AWS. He leads data strategy and the work on reducing hospital readmission through better patient understanding.
